Exhibitor shall be responsible at its expense for obtaining commercial general liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate.
Certificate of insurance shall be provided not less than 10 days prior to show opening naming the following as an additional insured:
1) Coastal Marina Management, LLC – 1500 West 11th St. Panama City, FL 32401
2) Wheels Up Special Events, LLC – 1500 West 11th St. Panama City, FL 32401
3) Wharf Entertainment Properties, LLC – 4851 Wharf Parkway, Orange Beach, AL 36561
